Star VII was one of the stars of Sirius, previously housing Sector 12. It was destroyed when Coheed Kilgannon, now Monstar, attacked it and disrupted the Keywork. The Prise sacrificed a good deal of their population to stabilize the Keywork, while the remains of Star VII and Sector 12 fell away from Heaven's Fence.
The star was later reignited by the last sacrifice of Cambria Kilgannon, whose power brought the star back to life as a new entity, and saved the worlds of Sector 12. These worlds then became their own solar system and Star VII was renamed Sol by the inhabitants.
