Star IV is the central Star of Sirius, the center of Heaven's Fence and the heart of the system. It was previously the home of the Prise and is the central objective of Claudio Kilgannon, who wants to destroy it to deprive Wilhelm Ryan of his central power source at the cost of also destroying the Keywork and by extension Heaven's Fence.
